How does booking work?
Pick an itinerary (or start from scratch), choose your date, vehicle category and number of passengers, add and reorder your stops, review the total price, fill in your contact details, and confirm with your card. After you confirm we match a vetted driver and email you the details.
What vehicles can I choose from?
Three categories: Sedan (1–3 passengers), MPV (4–6 passengers), and Van (7–12 passengers). The specific vehicle comes from the driver we assign; every vehicle is inspected and insured.
How is the price calculated?
A flat per-trip price based on the category you pick: base fee + (kilometres × per-km rate) + fuel + driver fee. The full total is shown before you pay — no hidden fees.
Can I customise the itinerary?
Yes. You can add, remove, and reorder stops, and set how many hours you want at each one. The price updates automatically as you change things.
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card through Stripe (secure, encrypted). Your card is charged immediately when you confirm the booking. All prices are in EUR.
Can I cancel and what gets refunded?
Free cancellation (100% refund) up to 7 days before pickup. Within 7 days: 75% refund. Within 3 days: 50% refund. Within 24 hours: no refund. Refunds go back to the original card automatically within a few days.
What if you can't find a driver?
If we can't match a driver for your request, we cancel the booking and refund you 100% — no questions asked.
Are the drivers safe?
All drivers are verified: identity, license, insurance, and vehicle inspection. Once a driver is assigned, you receive their name, photo, and contact details before pickup.
What languages do drivers speak?
Most speak Albanian and English. Some also speak Italian, French, German, or Greek. You can request a specific language in your booking notes.
